These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VaultyEmpire website and members platform (the "Service"). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all laws applicable to you.
2. Membership
Access is limited to a maximum of 100 members. Registration may close once that limit is reached and reopen only when a spot becomes available. We may decline, suspend or revoke membership at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms or suspected abuse.
3. Accounts & security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Enable two-factor authentication where available. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4. The Service
VaultyEmpire provides handmade, aged social-media accounts and related delivery through a members dashboard. We make reasonable efforts to ensure stock quality and accurate descriptions, but the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
5. Payments & balance
- You fund your account by topping up a balance using cryptocurrency through our payment processor.
- Purchases are debited from your balance at the prices shown at the time of order.
- Cryptocurrency transactions are final and irreversible; once confirmed, top-ups cannot be charged back.
- You are responsible for any network fees and for sending the correct amount to the correct address.
6. Delivery & replacements
Purchased accounts are delivered electronically to your dashboard, typically within moments of a completed order. If an account is dead on arrival or materially not as described, contact us promptly and we will provide a replacement in line with our replacement policy. Replacements are the primary remedy for faulty stock.
7. Refunds
Because the products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. Where a valid issue cannot be resolved with a replacement, we may, at our discretion, credit your account balance. Unused balance may be non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break any applicable law or regulation;
- engage in fraud, harassment, spam, phishing or other harmful activity;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape or gain unauthorised access to our platform or infrastructure;
- resell or redistribute access to the Service itself without authorisation.
You are solely responsible for how you use any accounts you obtain, including compliance with the terms of the relevant third-party platforms.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or where we are required to do so by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any account will continue to function on a third-party platform, which is outside our control.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VaultyEmpire will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold VaultyEmpire harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts there, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
